Tracking Your Order

Please provide your email address, prAna will a send a confirmation of your order when it is shipped with the tracking number.

Return Policy

At prAna, we like to provide our customers with the best return service possible. If for any reason you are not truly satisfied with our products, please return the item(s) for a replacement, exchange or a refund. A refund will be given to a customer only if the item was purchased from us directly. PrAna encourages you to return your package using a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail (delivery confirmation) to help ensure the package has arrived at our warehouse. PrAna will not be responsible for packages lost in transit to our facility and will only assume responsibility once it is signed for by our Receiving Dept. If there are any discrepancies with your order or you want to return an item, please call us at 800-557-7262 Monday-Friday - 8am to 5pm (PST) or 760-566-1070 (Outside U.S.).

Instructions for US and Canadian customers that purchased directly from prAna:

1. Print out the Return Form and enclose the item(s) you wish to return. (If you are unable to print this form please include a note with your name, return address and a day time phone number, what you are sending back, and why and if you would like to replace the item, have it repaired or credit your account).

2. Return Authorizations are not required for web/mail orders.

3. By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; if it was worn, please wash the garment before mailing it. Please send the item to:

4. We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. PrAna will not be held liable for products lost in transit.

5. Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-3 weeks if the item is in stock.

6. Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned.

7. If we are not able to repair an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on a note.
